Subject of the contract
The scope of these GTC applies to products and/or services provided through the website operated by the Service Provider (hereinafter: Website).
The contract is concluded electronically between the customer (hereinafter: Customer) and the Service Provider, in Hungarian.

Order process
The Customer selects the desired product or service.
By clicking the “Order” or “Purchase” button, the Customer submits the order.
The Service Provider confirms receipt of the order by e-mail.
The contract is thereby concluded.

Prices and payment terms
The indicated prices are gross prices, meaning they include VAT (if the business is subject to VAT).

The Customer may withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 days from receipt of the product (in the case of services, from the date of conclusion of the contract).
The intention to withdraw must be indicated by e-mail or by post.
The product must be returned in undamaged condition.
The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Customer.
The Service Provider shall refund the amount within 14 days.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (if applicable):
Products made to individual specifications
Digital content, if performance has begun and the consumer has waived the right of withdrawal

Complaint handling
The Customer may submit a complaint using the Service Provider’s contact details.
The Service Provider records complaints in writing and responds within 14 days.
If the complaint cannot be resolved, the Customer may contact a conciliation body.

Limitation of liability
The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
any technical errors that may occur on the website
misunderstandings resulting from the customer’s fault
performance issues arising from incorrect data provided

All content of the website (text, images, graphics) is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Other provisions
The contract is concluded electronically; the document is not filed.
Hungarian law shall govern the contract.
The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend these GTC, which shall not affect previous orders.
